Implemente un cuadro de mando de confiabilidad de IA para acelerar la toma de decisiones confiable

Los proveedores de servicios en la industria de la conectividad dependen cada vez mas de tecnologías digitales como la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) para seguir siendo competitivos. Sin embargo, la IA requiere un alto nivel de confianza debido a cuestiones relacionadas con su equidad, aplicabilidad y seguridad. Garantizar la confianza es una prioridad, ya que la falta de confianza puede ser el mayor obstáculo para la adopción generalizada de la IA.

Las implementaciones de IA actuales carecen de mecanismos para llegar a predicciones justas e interpretables, comprender el funcionamiento de modelos de aprendizaje automático complejos y proteger el modelo contra ataques adversarios que conduzcan a la filtración de información de identificación personal (P11). Incorpore una función de mejora continua impulsada por el valor (VDCI) en su organización de operaciones para lograr una experiencia del cliente superior y eficiencia operativa.

Existe una feroz competencia entre los operadores de fibra para hacerse
con el primer puesto. Y una forma de seguir siendo competitivos es mejorar o avanzar constantemente en sus operaciones manteniendo los costos bajo control y garantizando una experiencia perfecta para el cliente.

Sin embargo, El 60% de todas las iniciativas corporativas Six Sigma fracasan. Hablando específicamente de los operadores de fibra, observamos que todavía dependen de las actividades tradicionales de mejora de las operaciones realizadas una sola vez o bajo demanda, lo que se traduce en un beneficio por tiempo limitado unicamente. Además, estas actividades deben ponerse al día con el cambiante entorno de la fibra.

Como resultado, los operadores de fibra enfrentan varios desafíos, como la incapacidad de cumplir los objetivos de cobertura a tiempo, exceder el presupuesto y retrasos en la prestación del servicio. A pesar de un modelo operativo eficiente, no logran sostener la mejora continua, lo que resulta en una mala experiencia del cliente, enormes inversiones y estrategias insostenibles.

La necesidad del momento para los operadores de fibra es un cambio masivo en su cultura hacia la mejora continua. Deben incorporar una función de mejora continua impulsada por el valor (VDCI) en la estructura de su organización para inculcar una cultura de avance constante, reducir los gastos operativos y mantenerse por delante de la competencia. Las etapas críticas de la función VDCI son Descubrimiento, Formulación, Ejecución y Evaluación.
